The place was clean, I booked the a double room with views of inner courtyard, everything was well-maintained.

The location is favourable and incredible, 1 mile from a soaring skyscraper. And it's based in a busy area next to public transport, heritage attractions and local eateries, Komtar bus terminal and many food shops.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Magnificent location for visiting eateries and restaurants near the venue. Early check in and late check out.

The hotel offers a great selection of food that was tasty. The setting is ideal and unbeatable, near to the main sites, and Kotmar bus station. I will be returning here soon, it's a peaceful place.

Brand-new hotel with nice design. Tasty variety at breakfast. The location was excellent and incredible - near eateries and restaurants. Easy to reach from Penang International airport, 19 minutes drive. Good stay, as always.

I loved the room with nice balcony at lowest level, the bed was comfy. The hotel was in an ideal location close enough to nearby shopping malls, and many food spots.

It's a wonderful place with very friendly staff and brand-new rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Location is incredible and stunning, near to attractions. The restaurant serves delicious Chinese food. This is a venue go-to for George Town!

There's bad smell in some areas.

I was pleased with well-equipped and a nice size room, which was complete with TV and central AC, for example. The decor was nice and the staff were really helpful and especially helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, close to popular eateries and attractions. The staff are friendly and provide filtered water at reception. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and come with an AC unit. The hotel also has a parking area.

There are some minor issues such as thin walls and occasional noise disturbances in the hotel.

We stayed at Reunion Carnarvon for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Komtar and the surrounding Heritage area. The hotel and rooms were newly renovated and we loved having our own private garden in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, even sending us a reminder SMS for check-in. The water dispenser near the reception was a nice touch for filtered water, and the shower had strong water pressure, making it feel like a water spa. Highly recommended for its convenience and comfort.

The place had a family atmosphere. The staff were very amiable, the room was very well decorated with private garden, a comfortable bed, iron.

I loved the easy access to everything. There were ATMs, great food options, street attractions, and convenient transportation nearby. Everything was so convenient, it made my stay hassle-free.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. With such affordable prices, I got more than I expected in terms of attention to detail. The room had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and mini fridge. The design of the room felt cozy and well made, and I especially liked the stylish and unique decorations. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities such as instant coffee and filtered water in the lobby. Moreover, the location was great, with the hotel being really near everything in Georgetown, including the upside down museum.
